Just to let you know, when you go to a new development, it is best to take an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) with you. Realtors with the ABR logo have gone through extensive training on how look out for the buyers interests! When you work with the Agent that is there at a new home site, they are looking out for the builder’s interests!
