Yes and not likely. Indicate the number of Bs you want in the search criteria. As for garage space, no provision is made beyond the number of cars the garage is intended to accommodate.

If you are serious about finding a home with what you want, you should make a buyer's representation agreement with a REALTOR member of the MLS. It likely will cost nothing, and will save you some $--and the time you spend looking for seller's agents who are obligated to get their seller's top dollar.
