any recourse for misrepresented taxes?
new home owner who feels duped. house came back on market after several months with lower taxes. found out they had started a grievance process and were given an approx. new annual tax number. we're stuck with a higher tax bill this year and still need to pay the grievance lawyer. do we have any legal recourse?
