I see you've asked a number of questions about the area. My feedback is why would anyone want to buy along the US 27 strip. I was just showing out of town clients around the area this week and frankly they agreed with what I'd been telling them via email for months. Namely that it's a poor location that's far from anything. There are much better opportunities to the east of I-4, where I'd already convinced my clients to buy. They were very happy I did.
