Hi Maria--

I have a 1 BR new construction condo for sale just west of Brookfield. It is listed at $139,900 and you can have two pets--one of which can be a dog (no pit bulls, no rotts). Let me know if you would like mor information--or visit my web site to see pictures. Pat

Yes, their are several places in Brookfield, Elm Grove, Pewaukee & Waukesha will accept pets. Some may have a weight or height or even amount of pets allowed restriction. If you are not working with a realtor, feel free to contact or e-mail me. I am located in Brookfield. Best of luck Dave Eyrise, Realty executives Integrity-Brookfield (262) 901-0801 or daveeyrise@reintegrity.com or visithttp:// www.daveyrise.com

Maria,
It's frustrating that real estate search sites don't have that has a criteria isn't it? You would think with so many households have pets and IMHO a top 3 reason to be a home owner, no landlord telling you that you can't have pets, that real estate search sites would get their act together.

Your best solution is going to be contacting a Realtor that works in the Brookfield area that has access to the MLS. They should be able to search for you in the MLS, in the Madison area we can search that way. And if you are really lucky and find a Great Realtor, they will know some condo's off the top of their head that allow four legged furries.

If you have more questions and need more info, we can help.
