another question about deaths in a home?
So what would my options be if I bought a house and found out a year later that a woman commited suicide in the bathroom there? My fiance doesn't know about it yet and i can bet my life that if and when she does she will never stay in the house again.

FIRST ANSWER
Seems the only option would be to sell but I would wait for a better market. Level with your fiance as secrets are not a good thing. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors? This is fresh in your mind right now but will probably fade as time passes. Maybe your finace is tougher than you think??
