Uh, now I see another piece of the thread, yup, talk to an attorney to discuss your concerns and any recourse.

But to others that might be readhing this post and considering a purchase, get an inspection.

By looking at your reponses over 6 different threads.. I can pretty much sum up that maybe you are not capable of certain things.

I am thinking that you need to speak to an attorney. Or at least someone that is a position to ask the necessary questions and directed to people that can attain the answers. If you used a lawyer, now would be a good time to contact him.
