At Cliff View, you have options starting in the $500Ks and going up to $2.3M. Simms Heights has optons in the $200Ks, however it's not a golf course community. Kingston Springs has been seeing an amazing surge over the past few monts. With its proximity to downtown Nashville and Williamson County commerce coupled with its amazing country setting, you can't go wrong. I've actually been looking at second homes in Cheatham County (Kingston Springs, Ashland City, Chapmansboro) myself. I've fallen in love with the area!!
On a different note, I had the wonderful opportunity a few weeks ago to teach a class in Springboro at Irongate REALTORS. Julie Beall and her husband (who is the local vet there) are dear friends of mine. I was so impressed with Springboro. It's one of those secret communities we "out of towners" hear so little about, but when we go...wow. If you need help with your home in Springboro, Julie Beall is one of the best!
