am a Nigerian and live in Nigeria, how do i buy a home in the USA when i have never lived there?

i dont need a mortgage, i can pay cash but it depends on how much the apartment is

It is possible. You might want to use a broker who has experience working with international buyers. There are brokers who have training and designations (CIPS) as well as experience in this area. I can refer you to some great agents if needed. There are some specifics involved that you will want to have done correctly in your purchase. If you are going to buy with all cash and have a good attorney to guide you, you should be able to buy a house in the US.
