Make sure you take pictures of the house before you close to protect your self from damages after the people move from the house. Most houses are being vandalized by neihgbours and personnel that are assigned to clean the houses. Beware of chinese drywall !!!!!!!!

Appliances may be offered as part of the purchase but if they aren't written into the contract there is no guarantee they'll be there at close or when you move in.

Check over your contract (appliances are addressed on the first page) and contact your agent to fully explain everything. If the seller is agreeing to putting appliances in, make sure that's part of the contract (page 2, special clauses) or on a separate addendum.

Good luck!

Don't you have a Realtor representing you? They should be able to answer your questions.
