Should I consider buying a 90yo frame home in Brooklyn or should I look for a brick.
What are the down sides of an old frame home with stucco compare to brick. What should the price difference be? They are in bay ridge brooklyn

Hi Ekostalos. The stucco/frame vs brick home may be very different or very similar. That is just one aspect of the home. No 2 homes are the same. Find a home you love.....then get a professional to conduct a thorough inspection.
