According to the showing instructions in our MLS, that home is under contract and waiting for the "seller" to sign the contract.

Hi again Charuti,
It is difficult to give value without viewing the interior. This is a foreclosure, and consequently price below "market value". Homes in this neighborhood have sold as high as $280,000 in the last 12 months, however, I don't think that home was as large. If you would like to take a look at this home, I would be happy to show it to you, and bring along some "comparables".
