5 more condos and townhouses just sold under attorney review at Piscataway NJ recentl. My question is that
for these 5 units sold, only ONE listing with Trulia, i.e. 349 BOWLER Ct, Piscataway NJ, all other 4 were NOT. Which other powerful real estate media are out there that was so powerful to get these unit sold? Also, if the media whining real estate bad, why would the condo and townhouses selling so fast in Piscataway NJ? If it is selling at this speed in Piscataway, the inventory is only about 9 to 10 weeks, NOT what media says 9 to 10 months. Is there any fraud out there in the media? I mean the media intentionally provide "wrong info" for some unknown purpose?

74 Prestwick Way sold also reported by Village Pointe Community Blog@ http://villagepointeatedison.blogspot.com/ so is another one 211 Prestwick Way. They all listed at Village Pointe Community Blog.
So, it seems Trulia, Craiglist and Community Blog are the super team to help hundreds of prospective buyers looking to buy in the area ... We need more active listing agents to "broadcast" their sold listing in real time so that both buyers and sellers know the latest fair market price, not play phone tags, nor hide and seek ... So, I think Trulia should provide another service called Trulia!Sold for active Trulia agents to post their sold listing in real time to serve hundreds of thousands of Trulia buyers ... In fact, it is the listing agents are very active. e.g. the realtor who listed 74 Prestwick Way, Edison NJ 08820 near Metuchen Train Stn http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&geocode=&saddr=Metuche… just got it sold and announced it at craigslist http://newjersey.craigslist.org/rfs/611572045.html so that hundreds of prospective first time buyers moving to the area can have real time market info and know which active realtors to contact.
Ooops! this unit also listing with Trulia http://www.trulia.com/homes/New_Jersey/Edison/sold/596409-74… So, Trulia realtors should have some credit on it. Whoever realtor who sold this unit? There is one more sold near Piscataway:
736 WATERFORD DR 2br 2ba condo at Waterford at $244,900. The MLS is still the way to go because every realtor out there has a first time buyer looking for value. Anything under $300,000 seems to fly off the shelf - usually the buyer has nothing to sell and hold up the process either.
