Great question. In this area you will be looking at a tear down as I do not believe there is a supply of vacant lots anywhere. Pricing in this area tends to be high do to the immense popularity. There is a lot on Clarke Ave (close to Clarke and Belle), where the previous home burned down. I'm not sure of they're rebuilding there or not, but it may be worth checking out.
