Cdlars, there are right now three detached single family homes with waterviews in Fort Walton Beach under 250,000. There are many condominiums available. An expanded search for waterview or golf course homes in Destin, Niceville, Crestview, Freeport will allow for a much greater choice. If you would like a relocation package for this area with maps and demographic information to assist you in your search, please let me know. I would love to be of assistance to you. I can also set you up on a search of our Multiple Listing Service so you can get all the information about homes for sales that suit your needs immediately when they come on the market. Just let me know, I would be happy to help!!

Yes, property meeting this criteria can be found. It might take some negotiation and you may find some of these properties may be located in neighborhoods having some flood risk. I'll be glad to send you the properties that we have in MLS meeting your criteria so you can see them for yourself! Just send me your email address (mine is diane.minks@cbunited.com) and I'll get that information to you.

Take care and hope to hear from you soon!

Diane
