There is a water main going up High Ridge Rd to a golf course just over the border in Pound Ridge. You can probably hook into it, but it will cost a chunk of money. I recommend that you call Aquarion and discuss this with them. You can find out about sewers at the Government Center. I don't think you can hook up to sewer at this point in time. There may be some plans for the future regarding sewers in North Stamford, but basically everyone has septic at this point. I hope this helps.

Hello Mike,
In order to hook up to city water and city sewers it has to be available on the street. I know that parts of High Ridge Rd. had sewer lines added to accomodate the nearby schools but I believe that the address you referenced is further north so I believe that no sewers are available at this time. It's best to contact the city's government center http://(www.cityofstamford.org) to determine what future plans may be in the works.
I hope this is helpful to you.

Mike,
Anything is possible. You could even have some combination like city water and septic system. You don't say if you are working with an agent so if you are contractually represented you should ask them. Else, give me a call and I will be delighted to assist you. -Sam
