for example, these 35 owners, after sold their condo and townhouse to first time buyers, will be buying bigger homes to move up, so that may imply 35 more move up homes on the market going to be sold soon, either in Edison, or near by towns like Piscataway, South Plainfield, Metuchen, Warren, Westfield, Princeton, Holmdel, East Brunswick, North Brunswick, South Brunswick, Jersey City, ...etc. How do you think?
