8 brian street in Westport, MA
I went to an open house for this property when it was first on the market, and it is way over priced for what it is.
Can anyone tell me the true value, and any other information on this home?

Anne; This is a great question that you really need to present to a local realtor. If you can, get a referral of a few agent names and contact them. Best way to get the "true" ( i'm using the word loosely here) value is for a realtor to perform a CMA (Comparable Market Analysis)for you. that gives you a starting base to go by. Contact Dannygriffin.com. He's the top realtor in the Cape Cod, South of Boston area. You won't be disappointed and you won't be under any obligation. Good luck!

Anne,
Try looking the property up onhttp:// www.zillow.com Enter the address and it will provide an overview of the property, a zestimate(value), and it will provide comps for similar homes. Hope this helps. The "Eckler Team" Thu Jul 3 2008, 04:20
