Does anyone know anything abut this property? Have they started building this property? It states income guidelines apply. Does anyone know what the income guidelines are for this property? It states they are now writing contracts with only $100 initial earnest money deposit! The Buxton Condominium Coming Soon! Offering fantastic floor plans & fully renovated 2 Bedroom & 2 Baths units w/ private porches, 1 assigned parking space & washer/dryers in units. Income guidelines apply.

Initial Income Guidelines to Purchase:
(1) Must be an owner-occupant (2) and not be over the below income guidelines.
(2) units priced at $140,000 will be offered to households within the 80% income cap, units
priced at $95,000 will be offered to households within the 50% income cap.
Income will be verified at the time of contract and 90 days prior to settlement signing

I'm not sure they are new build condos. They appear to be renovated from an old condo building. There are income guidelines, but it is going to depend on which unit you select (mostly size) as to which guidelines you must fall under. Basically there will be a cap on how much income you are allowed to make before being able to purchase a unit.

I've put an email in to the listing agent for you about exactly what the guidelines are. If you will contact me, I'll forward the information when he gets back to me.
