.....The Realtor Just Disappeared!....

I am interested in buying a particular house. I spoke to the realtor whose selling the house over the phone, we set up a time Easter weekend to tour the house.

The realtor never showed up. I waited for well over an hour. I called, left messages, and emailed. I have not heard back from ANYONE. I think this is an independent or family realtor, so I dont know what to do now. I really want this house.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Hire a buyers agent because they will legal be required to represent your best interests. I do know of several realtors down there who would be professional and capable of representing you. Please let me know if would like some realtors to talk to about this home.

Hello, North Charleston Girl -

You know, "stuff" happens! I don't know why the Realtor didn't show up, but I'm ready and available. Email or call me, and let's go look at that house! I'll be glad to show you the home, and assist you in negotiating an offer if this is "the one" for you and your family.
