I am sorry that no one has gotten back with you yet, I have been out showing houses. I think you must have a typo in your request Zip Code = 48103, this question was directed to Ann Arbor Michigan.
So, my quick answer would bemove to Texas not Michigan. As the bus ride from Ann Arbor to Dallas would be a killer. I wish you well in your persuit of good advice.
