4320 S Columbine Way, Gold Canyon AZ 85218 for $174,000
I can never get any confirmation that this house will sell for this price yet I continue to see lots of places advertised - sometimes for $254K, sometimes for $174K, . It makes you lose interest in looking for homes online.
