This a foreclosure! It was not for sale before the bank bought it back though so I wonder if you are thinking of another house! I has just had a price reduction this morning to $166,421.00. It has a great view and is in pretty good condition!

That is what it looks like. Tax Appraisal is $264,400. Looks like the bank has it priced at a very fair considering the last mortgage on the property was substaintially higher. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for your question.
