409 Moody Drive..seems to be for sale again and is in foreclosure...did the bank buy it in April 2009, for
the 156000 amt and now they have it for sale for 175181? Sorry this is probably obvious to anyone with some real estate knowledge.Thanks for taking some time to explain the price and scenario for this property.

This a foreclosure! It was not for sale before the bank bought it back though so I wonder if you are thinking of another house! I has just had a price reduction this morning to $166,421.00. It has a great view and is in pretty good condition!

That is what it looks like. Tax Appraisal is $264,400. Looks like the bank has it priced at a very fair considering the last mortgage on the property was substaintially higher. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for your question.
