Hi there. Yes, it is worth checking out. It's a newer building at only 5 years old which is always an advantage. Most of the prices that you see are a lot cheaper because they are mostly short sales. There are 2 that I saw that are not, hence the price difference. For the neighborhood, it is ok. South San Francisco is a really good area and has good schools. Thanks for the response. I will be going to the open houses - quite a few of them - this weekend. Some of the units on sale are "short sale", according to the listing information.

I am not familiar with this process. In case I see something of interest, I will need help. Have you done any short sale deals before? If not, do you know of any one with this experience?

the building is beautiful with some nice views, great access to san francisco and silicon valley, not really a neighborhood, but a good location as far as convienences. not too long ago, these units were selling much, much higher. i can provide more information is you are not already working with an agent. feel free to give me a call.
