148 Main Street Plasitow, NH shows as recently sold. Was this a foreclosure? Is the property now bank owned? Can I get current owner contact details?

Go to the Plaistow.com website and click on the assessors office. It will show you who last owned the property in 2009, OR call the town hall. It's public record.

As mentioned previously, this house was last sold through MLS in 2008. If it sold at auction more recently, that data has not been recorded yet through the town of Plaistow, as the assessment records (public information) has the owner listed as Robert A. Griffith, Trustee.

You're welcome to contact me if I can help with this or other homes in the Plaistow area. Thanks for reading :)

Looking in MLS the last shown listing and sale was MAy 23, 2008. If it sold throiugh foreeclosure auction, you could check with the Rockingham County Registry for new transactions. If you want it quicker you can go to the Regostry Review and sign up for the online access or weekly newspaper, it will list all the transfers as well. If it has been foreclosed, it will be assigned an asset manager and then be assigne dto a local broke rto list and sell soon. i hope this helps.

I do recall seeing this property on an auction site. It was not sold through a Realtor recently.
