Currently priced at 540k. What are the chances that they'll accept 500k, especially since it's a "fixer?"

Follow-up answer. 20802 Mission was listed for $540k and closed escrow 1/8/2013 for $580k. House/condo inventory is low, interest rates are low, Huntington Beach is in high demand as are many other O.C. cities.

Pricing are going up (Mission is a perfect example) and will continue to go up in 2013. Hurry and buy!

You are far too low at $500k. Have you agent do a list of comparables for you, if they haven't already. If you don't have a local agent, contact me for professional representation.

The home is an REO-corporate owned and only they will know what they will accept. If you do not make an offer on this property, the anwser is no! Try and make an offer, you just might surprise yourself.

This is a bank owned property. I doubt you will be able purchase for that amount.
