On some sites it looks like it sold in summer 2008 for 340k and on some it looks like it's for sale at 430k. Does anyone know the status? Or anything about the house.

Good Morning Cbradfordshire,

This property was sold on 8/19/03 for 354,900 and the seller gave back 5,000 towards closing. It was listed again on 10/7/08 @ 439,900. It has a contract pending since 4/11/09 the price at the time a contract was submitted was 399,900.

On May 1st of 08 there were 2 Quit Claim deeds recorded on the same day, not sure what that was about.
