Somehow, Society Hill at Piscataway http://societyhillatpiscataway.blogspot.com/ getting very popular recently, and quite a few units sold. Maybe because summer is coming and many new graduates from high school got admitted to Rutgers University, and some parents decided to buy a nice condo for their kids going to Rutgers Univ ... If you have unit in this community, please feel free to let me know, or if you are realtor specialize in this community, please feel free to let your clients know that they may want to list their unit and move up to buy bigger home they have been waiting for... If you are going to have open house at Society Hill Piscatway, please let us know so that we can coordiate Piscataway High School Environmental Club students to pick up all trashes from the community all the way to major highways exits to welcome hundreds of prospective buyers coming to the area ...

I just found this best 2br 2ba condo at realtor.com http://www.realtor.com/search/listingdetail.aspx?zp=08854&ml… that is listed by John Delgaldo (732) 297-7171 (cell) from Coldwell Banker South Brunswick, so I guess the seller is buying a bigger home down at South Brunswick area to move up and use the same realtor to list.
This is bad idea for the seller because the out of town realtor may not be familiar with Society Hill http://societyhillatpiscataway.blogspot.com/ at Piscataway which has excellient schools http://www.piscatawayschools.org/pway/site/default.asp that has 9 students just got full scores at SAT http://www.collegeboard.com/splash/ this year; therefore, over cut the listing price. However, it is then a great news to first time buyer since this unit is now the LOWEST listing price in the WHOLE Piscataway.
