Thank you for the answer. I should explain that I am not in a position to buy, but am helping someone who is looking to buy - person has not much of a budget. I pointed him towards this house, but because there are no pictures, the person is not interested and doesn't want to even ask his RE agent to show him a home that he has no idea what kind of condition it's in. This house is kind of old and we wish we could know more without making the agent take us to another house that we are going to be very unhappy about. Can someone please help.

Older home no problems indicated or noted. Smaller home 1600 sq ft but appears to be larger. Landscaping is park like with ponds EP Henry paver patio.
If you are interested i may be able to arrange a showing... Priced in low 200k Owners leaving to larger home....

Call me lots of great financing options too. Especially with such low interest rates at around 5% and less with points...
