I don't know about the school zones...sorry...but I've heard that the Germantown schools are good in general, in case you're out of town.

Sophie, I thought the kitchen looked great from the photos, but I also was mistaken when I thought it was in the Farmington zone. Apparently, that's across the street. Do you happen to know anything about Dogwood school? Thank you for the info.

Original owners' children inherited the property. Original owner began renovation and children completed it before placing it on the market. Incredible location, incredible deal and incredible home! The kitchen is fabulous!

The last time this property sold, according to Shelby County Register of Deeds, was June, 1978. Since the home was built in 1978 it appears it is still owned by the original owner.

I don't think it sold, the only thing I am seeing is a non-sale transfer last April (quit claim). It has been listed since September and has been reduced from 415k to 395k. There are 10 pictures on the MLS, it looks to be iin good shape.
