Kathy, Home Buyer in Astoria, Queens, NY

67-30 Darmouth building in Rego Park/FH area

Asked by Kathy, Astoria, Queens, NY Sun Oct 11, 2009

I am thinking to put in an offer to buy a Jr 4 for 255K in this building and would like to know if anybody has heard anything good or bad about this building. It is located a bit far from the train station, but I really like the quiet area.
Thank you for your feedback!!!

Dear Kathy! I know this blding well/, Its to expensive for this area and this street for Jr 4 apartment. Apartments just sold in this area recently for 230k and cheeper. Negotiate the price , itys way too much money for Darmoth street.. Good luck, and do not listen to real estate people , do your homework yourself. Good luck.

Its always good to deal with Realtor who can represent you in that transaction. As a certified buyer representative and I can check that building for you, we can request the financials of the building for your attorney to preview before you gave an offer. Also I can check the recent sale in the building just to give you an idea for best offer.

Kathy - I am sure an agent from Queens will come along who can answer your question about the building.
Maybe by now you've already bought the apt!

Best wishes.........

The best thing for you to have is a buyers agent when you buy a home.
Your Buyer Agent should work for your best interest, not for the seller.
