Hi there Deepesh, I just checked an it is still a short sale pending lender approval with tenant.
It depends on the bank and the property , I have heard of some taking a few weeks and some many months that is if the bank agree to sell it and it is a real short sale. If you like to know more about all the short sales in Cerritos. I can send you a report showing each one in more detail
