745 Central and 736 Central are both on the market but not active because both homes are installing drain tiles to prevent further water seepage into

the basement. I believe both homes also shows signs of mold. Is there any health damage due to mold spores inside these homes? What is the guarantee that no water will seep into the basement after the work is done? I believe 736 is overpriced by $200,000. Just before the downturn in the real estate market, the homeowner of 736 took a second mortgage out for $700,000. I believe the first mortgage was paid off but then taking the second mortgage out appears to be the intention of the owners so that they end up with extra money and wait until the house goes into foreclosure. Is there anybody out there that thinks this is so?

To clarify any questions regarding 736 Central, please contact the listing agent directly, but I think you have already done so. I believe your assumptions and comments to be inaccurate and misleading. As far as the work that was done in the basement, frankly it was overkill for the seepage issues pertinent to the west wall. There is no more seepage. Everything is clean and dry and I welcome you to observe it for yourself, IF you are a real buyer. But if not, that's ok too. As for the mortgages on the property, you are entirely wrong and the seller of the property will never be foreclosed upon. If you are a real buyer, and really CAN make a commitment to buy a house, I encourage you to look at the property and investigate the comps in the neighborhood.
This is a good house, with great space, in an outstanding location.
