It is Under Contract but this is a good price for the subdivision.
It depends on the condition and I would have to preview it for you
if you would like and I could give you a better opinion of the value

You would be best suited to work with a local realtor in that area. Lizete seems to be on the ball and she knows the area. If I were you I would contact her. At least she could give you the information you need.

The home is taking back up offers. There are 3 additional properties for sale in that subdivision and range from 150K-168,900.
