This unit at Harbour Pointe has been on the market for 194 days and is available and is a regular sale. The present asking price of $259,000 was dropped from $296,000 the 4/27/09 which is quite substantial.
There are as of today 7 units available at Harbour Pointe but this one is as of now the lowest priced.
