I work in Morris County, and I took a quick look at the history of this house, and you are quite right...this house has been on the market on and off since 2006, starting at $649,000. I'm familiar with the location, and it's wonderful. The last recorded sale was $559,000 in 1998. The best service I can offer you right now, is to make an appointment to see it, and then we can talk about its history and why the price is what it is. AND why it hasn't sold. I just don't see any easy answers on this one. But, I would be happy to work with you to find out. And, to find out what the right price to offer is. Please check my website at marygrunmeier.com

I've sold homes in Chatham, and I look forward to working with you.

Hello Yacht 123,
I see your question about a particular house in Chatham. I would like to help you if you are searching for a home in the area. I am from Morris County and was raised in Florham Park next door to Chatham.
I would have to find out why it's been on so long, it could be as simple as it is overpriced. When I work with homebuyers, I dedicate myself to help them with questions as we search.
If you would like to work with me, feel free to reach out. If not, I wish you well on your home hunt.
