Many banks do not want to bother lending less than $50,000. Just go online and find a lenders that may help you. Why not visit http://www.bankrate.com or http://www.interest.com. Hope that helps.

There are plenty of funds available for you get such a loan, but not all lenders are interested in taking the time to help you.

Is the problem that you are attempting to use disability income to qualify or do you know what the problem is?

FIRST ANSWER

I believe there are programs established for folks in just your situation. I would need to double check to verify that but it would depend on your income etc just like any other loan product. Have you located any homes or a neighborhood that you are interested in?
