Yes that neighborhood is children friendly. There is a river park with a boat ramp and boat slips. There is a swimming pool, club house and tennis courts. The tennis courts are not in the best of shape. It is a small neighborhood. They installed a traffic light at the intersection on Hwy 46 now so it is alot easier to get out of the sub. now. This neighborhood is in the Comal school district. Let me know if I can send you the available homes that are currenlty on the market. There is one on Running River that backs up to a small farm with cows... let me know. Thanks, Mary Smith 830-708-5254
