Would like to find top rated VA lenders in Pa and Delaware?

Asked by Gshorter816, Swarthmore, PA Mon Nov 5, 2012

I am looking to buy a single family home for under 200k in Pa or De and am considering using a VA loan. I used my VA eligibility once and paid off the loan several years ago However,. I am not sure whether a VA loan can be utilized more than once

Hi Gshorter816,

Thank you for your service.

Yes, your VA entitlement can be used as many time as you want. The one down side is the cost for the VA funding fee goes up to 3.3% of the loan amount on the subsequent use unless you have a service connected disability rating for VA and then the funding fee is waived.

I have a lot of experience closing and funding VA loans. Take a look at my recommendations here on Trulia from some of my past VA clients.
