Kathy - Hey, I know the owner! It's a little late, I didnt see this posting till now. The owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent. I know the house, I know the agent. The house has a lot of character. There are rental units and a large garage...I'm not sure why you want to directly talk to the owner, but It cold be arranged, however I would highly recommend that you work with another agent that could represent your interests.

Kathy there is not enough information on the posting to be able to find the agent for this property. If you are looking to purchase a house, it is usually better to not talk to the owner direct but use a buyer broker who you can hire at no cost to you. they get paid their fee from the listing broker the fee stated in mls and paid at closing. With this in miond you will want someone looking out for you and assisting you through each step of the buying process. Good luck.

If you are interested in speaking with the owner you are at risk when it comes purchasing a home. IF you are not accustom to "art of negotiations" it could cost you $1000's. Better locate a buyers agent who works on your behalf.
