Your best best is to look in Elmwood Landing and Mill Creek. It's an older community and homes are tranditional. There are some ranch homes for sale at 250, and a little under. Most of these homes are located on decent sized lots. The results below have a couple of homes in this area, but the rest are throughout the Grassfield HS district.

Now is the time to buy! With great rates, tons of inventory and motivated Sellers this equals buying power for you! As the other agent mentioned there are several homes availalbe in your price range and desired school district.
