We would like to buy a house but have poor credit due to a job loss. Now am employed and getting back on track. With this type of history is it still possible to get a loan or would a good solution be to lease to own?

Best locate a home that work with a future mortgage lease with intent to purchase. If you credit is low employment history 2 years best for this option. HOWEVER confer with mortgage broker determine you options best have your own home than lease.
