Will lenders give a person a loan using husband income and wife's credit?

Asked by bjjjs5458, Rancho Cucamonga, CA Sun Feb 17, 2013

About 1 year and a half my husband and I filed chapter 7 it will be two years in June 2013. I have payed all my debts off and kept my original bills payed by the due date. I would like to get a loan for a house but I babysit, but use my husband income to pay bills. Will bankers and lenders give me a loan.

you would both need top be on the mortgage together to use both incomes, we don't have any loan programs available where we can count income from a spouse with out them being on the loan application.

I found this for you. It looks like it won't work.
