Yes, it just depends on whether you're interested in renovation. I live in the building and have sold over 60 apartments there. I have a couple in that price range which are currently on the market.

In the building which you have mentioned under $1Million there are 7 Units. Two of those units are 2 bed/ 2 beth. One is priced at 995K which is on the 18th floor, and one is priced at 969K on the 6th floor. Is this the only building in which you are interested in? There are 4 1bedrooms under 700K there also.
