If you have just been foreclosed on or filed for bankruptcy then the short answer is no. But, I would strongly recommend that you speak with a loan officer. Let them pull your credit and find out your situation. Mortgage programs literally come and go everyday. A good loan officer will tell you if there is something out there for you and will continue to watch the market to see if anything new comes up that will work better. They will also help you to get your credit in the best possible position. And lastly, get a copy of your credit report so that you can know what your creditors are saying about you.
