Why they do not list cc when listing apartments for sale in Hoboken as instead what is done in NYC (e.g., NYT real estate section)?

Again, all this information is available through the Hudson MLS and should be on websites such as Zillow and Trulia. Any particular information you need can be obtained by calling the listing broker or your real estate agent. If you are not working with anyone and need representation, please contact me.

Gms,

My guess would have to be the way NY Times pulls it data. The Common Charges are available on the local Hudson County MLS and through most of the services that pull their data from the Hudson County MLS. If you'd like the common charges on specific homes please feel free to contact me, or use my online search service at MileSquareRealty.com As a Hoboken agent I can provide you all the information you need.

Every website is different, so common charges may not show. Which sites are you looking in?
