Why is there such a turnover of condos at Bradford Walk? It looks like a nice development. Also notice huge turnover at Tumblebrook Estates in WH.

There could be many reasons why people change residence. A big one that I have found is that folks are being relocated out of the state by their employers. Another reason could be that they want a house instead of a condo. They could have outgrown the space and then, of course there is maybe they can't afford the place anymore and have to sell.

Each sale has its own story, so you can't say there is only one answer. If you are interested in buying in either community, I would be happy to take you on a tour. I know them both and think they are lovely.

Just give me a call at 860-916-2744.
