Andrew,
In Northern Virginia we finally have an inventive real estate agent that has created an MLS wiki. It is a website where buyer agents can preview properties and post there comments about those properties. If the house is vacant the agent can post pictures of the interior of the home for customers to view. I usually post 50-80 pictures per vacant house and 3 or 4 exterior shots for occupied homes. I am sorry our MLS does not cover your area, but people looking in Northern Virginia can view the previewed homes at the following website...

The agent obviously doesn't understand the need for multiple photos to fully use the power of Internet marketing. Unfortunately, this is an all to common problem in our opinion.

If it's a foreclosure or distress type sale the agent probably just looked up an old picture from the MLS service and did the old copy/paste.

Because the listing agent is lazy, how much effort does it take to post pix - especially in this market?

FIRST ANSWER

Andrew,

This would be a great question for the listing agent, noted it is a foreclosure property and it is typical that one picture is used for the listing.
