Why is the square footage for 5404 Baltimore court, Carmel, IN 46033 incorrect? The accurate sq. ft. is 2630.?

Why was only the 1st floor sq. footage shown and the 2nd floor square footage not included for a total sq. ft. of 2630?

Hello Brian and Marsha, thanks for the question. I found the square footage listed in the tax records
as 2630sf. I then checked the listing sheet and found it there as 2630sf. Call me at 513-4652 if
there is further confusion. Perhaps it was mistyped and then corrected when brought to the agent's
notice.
