Real Estate is a supply and demand business. With so many great properties in the market and relatively few buyers, there are tremoundous opportunites for value.

We are still experiencing record low interest rates which allows a buyer to purchase a lot more house for their money. And, of course, the housing market in most areas has a more than abundant supply of homes for sale. This allows the buyer to have more choices to pick from and, if the seller can't wait a year or more to try and sell it, may sell their home for much less than what it's value currently is or will be in the future.
